The traditional ruler of Owo Kingdom, HRM Alayeluwa Oba (Engr.) Mojeed Adesegun Rufai Alao, the 2nd Alale of Owo Kingdom, has extended warm wishes to residents and well-wishers at the beginning of a new week, praying for peace, favour, good health and prosperity.
In his New Week message released on Monday, the monarch prayed that the new week would usher in good news for everyone, while asking God to grant the people peace, open doors of opportunities and crown their efforts with success.
The royal father also offered prayers in Yoruba, saying, "Ki ose tuntun yi mu ayo, ilera ati ire wa fun wa. Amin," which translates to, "May this new week bring us joy, good health and blessings. Amen."
Oba Alao encouraged residents to remain hopeful, committed to hard work and steadfast in their faith, expressing confidence that the week would be filled with divine favour and positive achievements. He wished everyone a peaceful, productive and blessed week ahead.
